You are on a journey to meet your sweet new baby. It's important that you know who's on that journey with you.

Mission

I am here for you. I am here to be your strongest advocate. I am here to encourage you and tell you a thousand times how capable your body is even when your mind is telling you it’s too hard. I am here to be a constant source of support reminding you how strong and brave you are. I am here to speak truth over you, breath with you, pray with you, walk with you or just sit quietly embracing the sacred silence. I will use my knowledge as a Doula to provide physical support as we use different positions to find comfort and to help labor progress. I will provide comfort and pain relief by applying counter pressure, leading you in breathing techniques, using hot compresses as well as other pain relief techniques. I will help create a space where you feel safe and relaxed, relieving the emotional stress so you can have the birth experience you desire. I am here to encourage and guide your birth partner so they can be as involved in the birthing process as they desire to be.

I am here for you whether you decide to birth at home, in a birth center or at a hospital. I am honored and blessed beyond measure to partner with you as you welcome your precious little one into your waiting arms.

I Believe

I believe birth is a natural process and that your body is designed by God to give birth. I believe that you deserve to be heard and understood. I believe that by educating you and your husband, you can be empowered to advocate for yourselves throughout pregnancy and during the birth process. I believe you should have the birth experience you want- where you want to give birth and how you want to give birth. I believe that you are more than capable of birthing your baby. I believe birth is a life event that is to be celebrated and remembered with joy.
